Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - High Commission Split, Training Available

$125,400 - $297,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in training sessions to master real estate fundamentals and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and gain insights into the local market.
• Develop and maintain a growing network of potential clients through consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract and engage prospective buyers.
• Participate in property showings, providing clients with detailed information and answering their questions.
• Manage transaction processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to track leads, manage client relationships, and close deals effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and collaboration.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, reflecting a self-motivated attitude.
• Familiarity with real estate market trends in the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale area, or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools for client management and transaction processes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
