Clinic Services Specialist: Patient Experience & Scheduling

University of Iowa

The University of Iowa is seeking a Clinic Services Specialist to provide frontline operational support for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, managing requests, and ensuring an excellent patient experience. This role requires a bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
