Pay: $19.10 per hour

Schedule: 2nd shift; hours vary between 1 PM - 7 PM depending on production

About the Role
This position involves cleaning and sanitizing conveyor belts and related equipment in a fruit processing environment. The primary focus is maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards by following established sanitation procedures. The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and flexibility during varying shift hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize conveyor belts and related equipment in a fruit processing facility
• Follow specified sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Use appropriate cleaning tools, supplies, and sanitation chemicals as directed
• Adhere to safety dress code including steel-toe boots, pants, and a T-shirt; ensure no jewelry or loose clothing during work
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols during sanitation procedures
• Work during assigned shift hours with flexibility based on production needs

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work during 2nd shift hours, starting between 1 PM - 7 PM
• Knowledge of sanitation or cleaning procedures in a food manufacturing or processing environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required for cleaning tasks
• Compliance with safety dress code (steel-toe boots, pants, T-shirt)
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in food processing sanitation or manufacturing environment

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Cleaning supplies and sanitation chemicals
• Conveyor belts

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Standing and bending during cleaning tasks
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as steel-toe boots, work pants, and T-shirt is mandatory
