Your Role on Our Team

• Lead the development and implementation of individualized programs that support each person's social, recreational, vocational, and developmental goals.
• Oversee day-to-day residential or day program operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment that reflects Devereux's commitment to the community.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop team members while managing performance, attendance, scheduling, payroll accuracy, and training compliance.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage across all shifts to maintain consistent, high-quality care and support.
• Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of person-centered services that promote independence, well-being, and personal growth.
• Coordinate and participate in community outings, recreational activities, and meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of the individuals we serve.
• Manage household budgets and oversee the purchasing of food, clothing, supplies, and other program necessities.
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling for medical appointments, day programs, educational services, and community activities.

Qualifications

Bring Your Strengths to Our Team

• A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED. Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• A valid, non-provisional driver's license.
• Availability to attend a two-week paid new hire orientation training that is both hybrid and in person.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
• Be empathetic and have a team approach to care for our individuals.
