You'll cook things you don't cook on a normal Tuesday.We watch portions and waste, but not at the expense of what goes out. Nobody here is asking you to send something you wouldn't eat.Who does well hereCooks who've spent at least a year on a line somewhere real. Restaurant, hotel, resort, banquet kitchen, it all counts. Culinary training helps but we've hired plenty of great cooks without it.You read the ticket, you make what's on it to spec, and with attention to presentation and detail. You keep your head when the rail is full.
