Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Essential Functions: Assist in the execution of Agency Insurance Sales and Marketing Business Plan Identify and develop current and future insurance sales opportunities and strategies. Establish, build, and expand relationships for insurance sales business development Additional Responsibilities: Proactively follow-up on insurance sales business issues and related activities and opportunities. Prospect for new insurance sales client and business relationships (networking, telephone and face-to-face calls) As an Agent Team Member, you will receive... 401K Salary plus commission/bonus Health benefits Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Flexible hours Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property and Casualty license (must be willing to attain) Life and Health license (must be willing to attach) If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
