Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Benefits

About Our Agency
I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my family's legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, I've been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I've enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football. Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. We're looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
