Outside of the office, I've been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and I've enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football. Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies.
