Ken Brown State Farm is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our high-performing agency. This is a sales-dominant role for someone who enjoys competing, building relationships, and turning conversations into closed business.

We are looking for more than someone who can provide a quote. We want a confident closer who can uncover customer needs, make strong recommendations, overcome objections, and ask for the business-while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Licensing Requirements

This is a licensing-contingent position. You do not need to be licensed to apply.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting.
• We provide study resources, guidance, and full support throughout the licensing process.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, and follow-up.
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
• Conduct policy reviews to uncover coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Confidently handle objections and move opportunities toward a buying decision.
• Build strong customer relationships that generate retention, referrals, and additional business.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on open opportunities.
• Track activity and work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Provide professional support to customers while keeping growth and relationship development at the center of each interaction.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
