Multiline Representative – Insurance Sales

Ken Brown State Farm is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Multiline Representative to join our high-performing agency. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys selling, building relationships, and turning customer conversations into new business. We're looking for a confident closer who can uncover needs, make strong recommendations, and ask for the business. Just as important, you understand that great sales come from earning trust and recommending solutions that genuinely benefit the customer. This is a licensing-contingent position. You do not need to be licensed to apply. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date. Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting. We provide study resources, guidance, and full support throughout the licensing process.

What You'll Do

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate new business through warm leads, referrals, outbound follow-up, and relationship development.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell and account-growth opportunities.
• Present quotes, explain coverage options, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to convert opportunities into written business.
• Build long-term relationships that support retention, referrals, and additional sales.
• Maintain an active pipeline and work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable agency and regulatory requirements.
