Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients in a rehabilitation hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona or a compact license recognized in Arizona
• Experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing setting
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or acute care environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Experience working with interdisciplinary care teams
