Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our elite team at BrightCare Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfer assistance
- Perform light housekeeping and meal prep tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Provide care with dignity and respect to seniors and individuals with disabilities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver
- Positive attitude and genuine heart for service
- Strong work ethic reliable, punctual, consistent
- Proven history of showing up on time and not calling out
- Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
