As a Scheduling Supervisor, you'll manage caregiver schedules, coordinate new hire training, assist with hiring, and help ensure adequate staffing to meet resident needs. This position does require the willingness to work on-call over the weekend and work as a caregiver when needed. Our ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and communicates effectively with staff.
