Role: Maintenance Manager Location: Sinking Spring PA Exempt We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We Are Hiring Your Impact: Oversee entire facility maintenance responsibilities, include managing repairs Establish schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date Work with contractors, vendors, and the national and facility management teams to address maintenance and emergency situations promptly Your Strengths: You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love leading a winning team.
