Personal Lines Account Manager
Personal Lines Account Manager R&R Insurance – Waukesha, WI Are you a Personal Lines professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a book of business, and helping clients truly understand their coverage? R&R Insurance is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage your own book of business, support renewals, and serve as a trusted resource for clients navigating their insurance needs. You'll play a key role in delivering the high-touch service experience R&R is known for while continuing to grow your technical expertise and industry knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Manage and service a personal lines book of business, building strong client relationships
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, coverage reviews, and policy changes
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and applications with carrier partners
- Review policies with clients and proactively identify coverage gaps or additional needs
- Support the renewal process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client goals
- Quote new business and remarket accounts as needed
- Collaborate with producers, carriers, and internal team members to deliver solutions
- Maintain strong organization and follow-through across tasks and client requests
What You'll Bring
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Experience: 3+ years of insurance agency or carrier experience, ideally in personal lines and a client-facing role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, etc.) is a plus
- Communication: Clear, professional communication with strong client-facing presence
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Problem Solving: Comfortable navigating client needs, resolving issues, and knowing when to leverage additional resources
- Team Mindset: Collaborative approach with a willingness to support team success
