You will: Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline teams Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulatory standards Oversee staffing models, budgets, and workforce planning Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives Influence executive decisions and support long‑term strategic planning How We’ll Support You Pacific Grove Hospital combines the strength of a national organization with the agility of a community‑focused hospital.
