Packing Recycling Plant Team Lead

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Start DATE: ASAP Week of 8/10 or 8/17

We're seeking a motivated Team Lead to help launch and grow our new packaging recycling facility. This is more than just a supervisory role. What You'll Do


As a Team Lead, you'll report directly to the Plant Manager and play a vital role in daily operations by:

• Supervising and supporting a production team of approximately 4-7 employees
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and productive work practices
• Training and coaching team members to achieve quality and performance goals
• Monitoring workflow and helping resolve operational challenges
• Assisting with inventory movement and material handling
• Supporting shipping and receiving activities as needed
• Promoting a positive team culture focused on accountability and success
• Serving as a working leader who leads by example on the production floor

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, recycling, distribution, or light industrial environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred, but not required
