Senior Supervisor – Day Services Location: Bray, Co. As Senior Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting both the staff team and service users while ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery. The Role As Senior Supervisor, you will: Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred services. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the day service, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery. Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual person-centred plans and organisational standards. Assist with staff supervision, rota planning, team meetings, and service development. Promote independence, community participation, and meaningful skill development for the individuals supported. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment. Requirements To be considered for this role, you will have: A Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline. At least one year’s experience supporting individuals with complex needs. Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a social care or disability service. A strong understanding of relevant legislation, HIQA standards, and person-centred practice. A full manual driving licence (essential). What’s on Offer? Competitive salary from €43,283 per annum.
