As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from water damage events. In this position, you will be working with property owners to repair damage. If you are interested in joining our team, please stop by our office or send your resume via email.Responsibilities:Perform water damage assessments and develop restoration plansExtract water and set up drying equipmentRemove damaged materials and debrisClean and sanitize affected areasCommunicate with customers throughout the restoration processFollow safety protocols and guidelinesRetrieve work orders, ensure necessary equipment is loaded, and arrive at the work sitePerform water/mold/bio (trauma) remediation according to company proceduresSet up remediation equipment on-siteReport equipment malfunctions and project issues promptlyMaintain accurate time sheet records and conduct work assignments with qualityTake care of EquipmentCleanlinessRead Moisture ReaderMarkMoistureUse of infrared cameraBe able to read Moisture MeterLeadership skillsAssist on start-upQualifications:2+ years of experience in water damage restorationStrong knowledge of restoration techniques and equipmentAbility to assess and develop restoration plansExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsClean driving record and reliable transportationAble to lift 50+ poundsWillingness to do physical labor and work with power toolsValid Driver's License and clean driving recordOrganized with paperworkWork with Public AdjusterDesired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experiencesDrywall, Painting or flooring experience is also a plusWeekends as neededCompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
