Contract Business Analyst HR Systems & Process Improvement
McKinstry
McKinstry is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst on a contract basis to support HR systems and business processes across Workday HCM, LMS, and ATS. You will gather requirements, run workshops, and craft BRDs and user stories to enable system improvements. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, documentation, and UAT support across People Enablement, IT, and leadership teams.
