Shipping Inventory Associate

Works as a team member in the day‑to‑day activities of the Distribution Center. Responsibilities Conduct daily inventory counts and prepare reports for management to determine product levels. Determine and reconcile locations of received and stored products. Manage inventory of materials, parts, and finished products. Perform random immediate inventory spot‑checks to ensure product availability and furnish reports on product levels within a brief time‑frame. Conduct audits of inbound and outbound loads. Participate in physical inventories as required and assist in warehouseman duties if necessary. Perform other duties and assignments as directed. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Forklift experience required (Stand‑up Reach). Mature and conscientious attitude; self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with other departments. Computer literacy a must, with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge. Ability to multi‑task, be organized, and detail‑oriented. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and mandatory overtime. Good written and oral communication skills in English. Strong math skills. Knowledge of B‑PCS is a strong plus. Ability to work in a freezer environment (-5°C). Capable of standing for long periods of time; constant movement required.
