Central Indiana Regional Director of Operations

Gardant is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Central Indiana to oversee communities across the region. You will work with the Executive Director to set goals, supervise Community Executives, and drive performance and compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong healthcare leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to travel as needed.
