Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Sterile Processing leadership team in the role of Central Supply and Sterile Processing Manager. Responsible for providing administrative decision-making, leadership and strategic planning including the efficient and productive use of personnel, material and financial resources for the Central Sterile Processing department. Responsible for the efficient and purposeful integration of services with other areas and emerging delivery systems. Manages ongoing analysis, development and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Directs business efforts supporting sterile processing services for users and the organizational strategy. Determines the capital requirements and cash flow requirements and develops appropriate business plans. This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift with evening and weekend rounding as needed. Previous leadership experience is preferred. Key Relationships Reports to: Clinical Operations Director Direct Reports: 30 Key Relationships: OR, Supply Chain Candidate Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred. Requires appropriate credentialing (e.g., CRCST; CHMMC;FCS). Extensive perioperative and sterile processing experience which is typically gained through five to seven years of progressive service preferred. Requires knowledge of state and national regulatory agency guidelines. 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
