About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Private Banker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, generating business results, and advising clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, and credit and banking needs. This role requires a professional with at least six years of experience in private banking or financial services, a Bachelor's degree, and the necessary licenses or the ability to obtain them within 90 days. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong business acumen, and a focus on providing an exceptional client experience. Applicants for the Executive Director, Private Banker position at the company should be proactive, take initiative, and demonstrate critical thinking in problem-solving. A strong community presence with an established network is essential, as is experience or a demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts. The role demands a dynamic and credible professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills, who is organized and disciplined in their approach to business. While not mandatory, a Master's degree, JD, CFA, or CFP is preferred, and in-depth knowledge of equity and fixed-income markets, as well as alternative investments, is a plus.
