You’ll work directly with the leadership team, learning the ins and outs of operations while also earning money in the field. What You’ll Learn & Be Exposed To Recruiting & Hiring: Interviewing candidates, onboarding, and staffing strategies Training & Development: Coaching team members and maintaining performance standards Staff Management: Scheduling, accountability, and team leadership Sales: Lead handling, closing strategies, and revenue growth Operations: Daily logistics, dispatching, and job execution Financials: Understanding revenue, costs, and profitability drivers Field Responsibilities (Paid) Work on trucks as a mover or junk removal hauler Safely load, transport, and unload customer belongings or debris Support team efficiency and job completion Opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance What We’re Looking For Must be 18 years or older Strong interest in business, management, or entrepreneurship Willingness to learn and take initiative Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Comfortable balancing both office learning and field work Schedule & Commitment Start: Late May / Early June End: Mid to Late August Schedule: Full‑time availability preferred, including some weekends Why This Internship Stands Out Most internships have you observing from the sidelines-this one puts you in the middle of real business operations.
