Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr
Job Summary
Seeking a dependable Package Operator for a second‑shift opportunity. This role is responsible for packaging food products efficiently and accurately while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced production environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate packaging equipment according to established procedures
- Package finished food products accurately and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
- Perform basic equipment checks and adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety guidelines
- Assist with other production tasks as assigned
- Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment
Work Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Overtime: Available and required as needed
