We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented Inspector Packers to support production and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred. Ability to meet safety and quality standards Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Six (6) months of experience in inspecting, packaging, or quality checking preferred You’ll do well if you… Prefer structured, repetitive work Like working fewer days with longer hours Take pride in accuracy and consistency Are comfortable working 12-hour shifts on your feet Show up reliably and on time every shift Physical & Safety Requirements Stand and move throughout a 12-hour shift Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment Lift, move, push, or pull materials regularly Steel-toed shoes required Dart provides assistance/reimbursement for approved safety shoes Overview: Dart makes everyday products that give people the freedom to enjoy the food & drinks they love, wherever they are.
