Overview The Construction Manager I will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The Construction Manager I will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in construction management who are looking to gain hands‑on experience in the field. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project management and engineering teams. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on‑site, including subcontractor work, material deliveries, and equipment installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout the construction process. Monitor work progress and productivity to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship, materials, and finished products meet project requirements and specifications. Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and deviations from standards and ensure timely resolution of any deficiencies. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and change orders. Prepare and distribute reports to project management and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, milestones, and issues. Serve as a primary point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors regarding construction activities, schedules, and requirements.
