Youll take document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441/ppCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:/pulliHelp each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities./liliAssist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan./liliTake and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
