Assist people with personal cares Administer medications Provide support to people to participate in activities that they enjoy Document services provided in our electronic records system Create a welcoming home environment through assisting with cleaning and meal preparation Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Valid Driver's License Pass a background check through MN Department of Human Services Valid CNA certification and favorably registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry Technical skills must be comfortable and proficient in using computers and/or smart technology Prior leadership experience preferred as well as experience coordinating schedules Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally Why Work with Living Well? We are hiring in all communities right now! Our recruiting team will work with you to find the best fit in schedule and location for you! We provide 24 hours services, 7 days a week and have a variety of different full time and part schedules available! Most employees work a combination of some week and weekend hours.
