Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient family medicine setting
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular conditions
• Conduct routine wellness exams, annual physicals, and health screenings
• Develop and manage individualized patient care plans and coordinate specialist referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed APRN eligible to practice in the State of Florida. Must have an active and unrestricted Florida APRN license . 
• Professional Liability Insurance must be current and active.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff in both languages.
