Pediatric Associates is seeking a Full-time Outpatient Pediatrician Lead to join our practice in Boynton Beach, FL.

Position Overview:

Pediatrician Opening with Leadership Responsibilities

Rotated Newborn Rounding at Bethesda Hospital

No Call Schedule

EMR: eClinical Works

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

What does a Clinician Lead do?

Maintains awareness of practice policies and procedures

Communicates the mission and goals of the organization

Supervision of clinician associates

Fosters teamwork within the offices

Leads the office in the recruitment and engagement of new clinicians

$12,000 annual lead stipend

Licensure Renewals and Maintenance of Board Certification

AI Scribe Technology

Education, Licensure & Certification:

M.D. or D.O. degree required

Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics

Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida

Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State ofFlorida

Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training

Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
