Paramedic Supervisor - Life Flight Network - WatervilleThe Supervisor, Paramedic is responsible for the day-to-day operations during the shift including, but not limited to scheduling, handling complaints, supervising all staff, and ensuring proper patient care is provided. Paramedic supervisor will provide medical care and transportation of emergency and non-emergency patients at the Paramedic level of care defined by the State EMS scope of practice.Essential Functions:Performs essential duties of ParamedicHandles issues regarding fleet maintenance and ensure preventative maintenance is being performedEnsures availability of resources for daily operations and assist in tactical level of deployment to meet system needsAssists with the investigative process for handling and reviewing incidents and issuesParticipates with the Management Team in progressing the organization forwardReceives, handles, and routes inter-agency disputes/issues to the appropriate resourceProvides patient/client follow upThis document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
