Key Responsibilities Design Leadership – Lead the development of schematic and conceptual design solutions with a sharp eye for color, form, and composition , elevating the creative vision of every project. Division Leadership – Oversee and inspire a talented team of landscape architects and designers, ensuring quality and innovation across all project phases. Client Engagement & Business Development – Serve as a trusted client partner, leading presentations, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities. Collaboration & Mentorship – Partner with Project Designers, Project Managers, and firm Principals to ensure design excellence while mentoring junior staff. Research & Innovation – Stay at the forefront of design trends, products, and construction methods to integrate the best ideas into our projects. Brand Enhancement – Contribute to the ongoing growth of our firm’s reputation through award-winning design and meaningful client engagement.
