Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Daytime hours
• Approximately 30 hours per week
• No nights or weekends required for this case

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home
• Monitor the patient’s condition and report changes in care needs
• Perform treatments and interventions according to the Plan of Care and physician orders
• Administer medications and document care accurately
• Communicate with the family, clinical leadership, and other members of the care team
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment

Required Skills

• Current, unrestricted Florida LPN or RN license
• At least one year(s) of nursing experience
• Pediatric or home care experience preferred but not required
