What We Provide:

Refrigeration Service Technician
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, Depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm with occasional overtime
Schedule: Monday to Friday
What You Will Be Doing:
- Refrigeration service, maintenance, repair and installation of Refrigeration equipment and commercial HVAC equipment. No restaurant hot side
- Communicate ideas and repair options to customers and coworkers
- Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services.
- Retrofit / Changeout Installations as needed
- Equipment we work on: Furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in and reach-in coolers, Freezers, small air-cooled chillers, make up air units etc.
- Duct work as needed
- Able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams
- We install Trane and Bryant equipment
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration installation, maintenance, and repair
- Background in servicing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Universal Certified
- Skilled in diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC units
- Strong communication and customer service abilities with both clients and team members
- Knowledgeable in the safe operation of scissor lifts and Genie lifts
- Capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds
- HVAC technical school training or certification preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history
- High school diploma or GED required
