Travel Certified Surgical Technician (CST) – Days

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 4x10s with Call (5:30 AM – 3:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties in the operating room across a range of surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instruments, and equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members during operative procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department schedule
• Ensure accurate instrument counts and documentation in compliance with safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active CST Certification through NBSTSA or NCCT required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical technician experience
• All required certifications must be included at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a variety of surgical specialties within an OR setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in surgical environments
• Prior travel assignment experience in a surgical technician role
