The Opportunity Sageview Consulting, a national HR consulting firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in a unique on-site role supporting one of our premier clients, Toby & Leon Cooperman Sinai Residences of Boca Raton , a respected senior living community known for its compassionate culture and commitment to excellence. In this role, you will experience the best of both worlds: The support, expertise, and resources of a national HR consulting firm The fulfillment of working day-to-day within a mission-driven organization where HR is a valued strategic partner You will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR operations for Independent Living, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration (Primary Focus) Administer all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, life, disability, and retirement plans Lead and manage annual open enrollment, including employee communications and vendor coordination Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations within ADP Workforce Now Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, and other applicable regulations HR Operations & Employee Relations Support employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and performance-related issues Partner with leadership and the VP of HR on HR strategy and operational initiatives Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and organizational policies Support payroll, HRIS reporting, audits, and reconciliations Assist in developing and improving HR processes that enhance efficiency and the employee experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, or 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with significant hands-on benefits administration experience Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred; comparable HRIS experience required Working knowledge of FMLA, ACA, COBRA, and employment law compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work on site in Boca Raton 5 days per week Why Join Sageview Consulting Collaborative and supportive HR team environment Opportunity to work in a role where HR is respected as a strategic business partner Exposure to all areas of HR while maintaining ownership of benefits and HR operations Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Sageview Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
