Experienced Medical Receptionist - Bilingual in Spanish

Job Description Presidential Women's Center , the leader in abortion care in Palm Beach County for over 46 years, is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our busy healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and must provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately Process patient payments and maintain accurate records Manage medical records and patient documentation Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Handle clerical duties as assigned We are looking for the absolute right individual to be a part of our extraordinary healthcare team. Our Center provides both surgical and non-surgical abortion services. We also provide GYN services, outpatient sterilizations for women, HIV testing and pregnancy options counseling. This would be a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about women's healthcare and would like to make a difference in women's lives each and every day. Candidates must have excellent phone skills, the ability to multi-task, detail oriented and work well both on a team and individually. This is a 4-day per week position to include Saturdays.
