Location: Remote (U.S. Based) | Travel Required

Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour + Overtime

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment for customers across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges, and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service repairs.
• Replace and service motors, pumps, compressors, valves, switches, and other equipment components.
• Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
• Complete service reports and documentation after each job.
• Train and support customers on equipment operation when needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance, field service, or related technical experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with industrial equipment and motor control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel approximately 80% nationwide.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with three-phase motor controls.
• Experience with VFDs, pumps, compressors, or refrigeration equipment.
• Stainless steel or aluminum welding experience.
• Startup and commissioning experience.
• Technical school, trade school, or military mechanical/electrical experience.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
