Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs
- Conduct patient assessments and reassessments; develop, implement, and monitor nutrition care plans
- Educate patients and families on nutrition therapy, dietary modifications, and disease-specific nutrition
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement the nutrition plan of care
- Document all interventions in the medical record in accordance with policy and acceptable practice standards
- Deliver clinical care with appropriate technical and decision-making skills as a competent clinician

Requirements
- Active clinical Registered Dietitian credential or licensure (California) or eligibility
- Experience performing nutrition assessments, care planning, and documentation in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication skills for patient/family education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team and adapt to a hospital-adjacent clinical environment
- Willingness to work a 5x8 day schedule and support travel assignment requirements
