Schedule: Full-time, flexible scheduling | Pay: $45,000–$58,000/year + Bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality environments. This role will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and systems such as CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.

Qualifications - Restaurant Manager

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities - Restaurant Manager

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Hire, train, and retain team members
• Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain company standards
• Drive sales while managing labor, inventory, and operating costs
• Create employee schedules and monitor staffing needs
• Manage inventory, invoices, and back-office processes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
• Partner with retail and store leadership to ensure smooth operations
