About the Role:

The Administrative Analyst plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations within the organization. This position involves conducting comprehensive data analysis, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. The analyst collaborates closely with various departments to identify process improvements and implement administrative solutions that align with organizational goals. By managing and interpreting complex datasets, the Administrative Analyst ensures that management has accurate and timely information to drive operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and report preparation within a business services environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and database management.
• Certification in Business Analysis or related professional credentials.
• Experience working in a government or large organizational setting.
