777 Douglas Hills Rd, #100, Lithia Springs, GA 30122, USA Description The role of the Customer Support Team Member is to increase overall facility efficiency by providing administrative support to the outbound fulfillment teams. Responsibilities include B2B order correspondence, correspondence with customers and business partners, Work Front ticket entry, correspondence with retail stores, inventory management, incomplete order processing, and creation of departmental documentation. Pay $16.50 hourly Essential Duties and Responsibilities Researches and solves incomplete orders for same-day shipment. Matches order forms with invoices and records the necessary information. Executes inventory transfers. Completes Workfront ticket entry and monitors Workfront dashboards. Communicates with customers, both internal and external, via phone and email. Researches customer service issues throughout processing stages while interacting with internal customers, shipping carriers, and corporate partners. Processes order modifications and adjusts required shipment level requests as communicated. Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies causing rejected invoices from processing through the Warehouse Management Software, including cycle counting inventory and collecting country of origin data. Creates Commercial Invoices and Country of Origin Documents for all International Shipments. Manages and researches the International On Hold report daily to ensure proper service level shipments. Researches and resolves invoices within multiple stages of processing in the Warehouse Management Software. Required Skills Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Strong problem‑solving capabilities. Strong mathematical abilities. Detailed planner with strong analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Software Suite. Strong reporting abilities geared to various levels of leadership. Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Required Experience Must be 18 or older. High School diploma or equivalent. 1‑2 years of Call Center experience. 1‑2 years of experience working in an e‑Commerce distribution facility. 1‑2 years of experience in decision‑making and analytical capabilities.
