The Role

Programs planning efforts of an organization’s activities. Develops information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other company capabilities. Determines customer requirements and translates these requirements into organizational plans. This role is Lead for Navy Parking, including detailed planning, coordination of leasing, creating contractual spreadsheet for O19, weekly parking counts of parking lots and garages and strategizing with Parking and Transportation for effects on NNS parking. Also, lead for Waterfront Vaults LRM, coordination of staffing level in support of changing Operations needs. The hours for this position are 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday-Friday. A valid driver's license is required and must be maintained for this position. Must Have Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience. One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications: NNS Apprentice School graduate Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience Must have a valid Driver's License and be Comfortable Driving a Cargo Van The Ability to walk outdoors for short periods of time, year-round in all weather conditions Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Nice to Have Prompt, Regular and Predictable Daily Work Attendance Strong Attention to Detail, Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills The Ability to Communicate and Interact With all Business Levels The Willingness to Accept Change Displaying a Positive Attitude and Demeanor The Ability to Work Well and Under Pressure in a Team and Independently The Ability to Work Well With Cross Functional Teams, as well as, Internal and External Customers in a professional manner at all times.
