As a Security Officer Loss Prevention Patrol in Florence, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.74 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 05:15 PM - 01:15 AM Thur 05:15 PM - 01:15 AM Fri 05:15 PM - 01:15 AM Sat 05:15 PM - 01:15 AM Sun 05:15 PM - 01:15 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or access issues. Monitor access points and observe entry and exit activity, verifying authorization in accordance with site policies and supporting visitor management procedures. Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation while communicating relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
