About the Role:
Prefix* is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Sacramento, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing essential support and care every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands
• Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related personal care role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
