Your future role at a glance Location: Zionsville, IN Facility: Ascension Medical Group Clinic Department: Immediate Care Schedule: Monday - Friday | varies 7 days a week How you'll make an impact in this role Lead and empower clinic staff by directing hiring, onboarding, daily workflows, and performance development to foster a high-performing, supportive patient care team. Deliver direct patient care by preparing exam rooms, gathering vital signs, and conducting patient interviews to ensure smooth appointments and accurate medical histories. Support provider workflows by assisting physicians and registered nurses with clinical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments. Ensure operational excellence and safety by guiding team compliance with clinical policies, regulatory standards, and departmental quality protocols. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High school diploma or GED required.
