Your Responsibilities

• Deliver Skilled COTA Care: Execute personalized care plans created by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Conduct Therapeutic Interventions: Emphasize activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment training, and home safety to enhance patient independence and security.
• Track Patient Progress: Record patient responses to treatments and communicate effectively with the supervising OT to ensure cohesive care.
• Schedule Your Visits: Determine your own timetable and visit frequency based on the care plan.
• Document Effectively: Utilize a single, straightforward EMR system for all notes, with tools designed to reduce documentation time!

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• CPR or BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Physical examination and TB test (within the past year)
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable)
