About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior leadership team. The CFO will be a key figure in directing the organization's financial planning, accounting, reporting, and long-range financial strategy. This role demands a leader who can be both tactical and hands-on in strengthening financial systems, processes, and reporting, while also evolving into a strategic partner for the President/CEO and the leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex financial information, ensuring transparent decision-making, and building trust with the Board and resident population. Key priorities include establishing strong financial disciplines, creating actionable financial reporting, and leading various financial compliance and oversight activities. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should possess a combination of strong technical and financial expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build trust with an active Board and engaged resident population. The role requires a balanced leader who can manage immediate financial tasks while also contributing to long-range planning and organizational decision-making.
