About the Role As a Production Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by managing laminating, sheeting, and slitting machinery to ensure high-quality output. You will work in a collaborative environment, utilizing your mechanical aptitude to monitor performance and maintain efficient production workflows. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial production machinery to meet daily output targets. Coordinate with team members to manage material flow and optimize line efficiency. Conduct consistent quality inspections to ensure finished goods adhere to strict specifications. Maintain precise production logs, including material usage, downtime, and output quantities. Perform routine equipment care and cleaning to ensure long-term operational reliability. Proactively identify and report mechanical irregularities to minimize production delays. Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of machine guarding and personal protective equipment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to operate large industrial or manufacturing equipment. Strong commitment to safety standards and quality control. Capacity to follow complex written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and a collaborative team-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills Prior experience with roll-fed machinery, laminators, or slitting equipment. Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Experience managing production documentation and work orders.
